Provider Collaboration Manager Sr. (Value-Based Contracts) JR128727
Location: Candidates must reside within 50 miles and 1-hour commute each way of our Manchester, NH Elevance Health location. Candidates in nearby states will be considered if they reside within 50 miles and 1 hour commute to our Manchester location.
Hybrid Role: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. The in-office commitment for this role requires working from our Manchester office Monday and Tuesday of each week.
Travel throughout the state to visit providers as needed – up to 15%.
The Provider Collaboration Manager Sr. is responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the implementation, auditing and resolution of loading issues for payment innovation programs. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provides support for assigned provider contracts.
Manage and oversee the value based program intake process.
Obtains and analyzes financial performance quality metrics and reports to providers on the impact to performance.
Support and facilitates value based JOCs (Joint Operating Committee meetings).
Develops and maintains contact database and disseminates communications to providers as necessary.
Aggregate and analyze provider data from various sources to recommend and implement solutions to assist with provider collaboration activities.
Collaborates with provider contractors and network relations reps to meet provider service needs.
Encourages providers to act on patient outreach opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS degree a minimum of 5 years’ experience in data base maintenance related to health care; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience negotiating Value-Based contracts.
Experience working with Commercial and/or Medicare contracts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to interpret and utilize healthcare data.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively using Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
Provider environment experience strongly preferred.
