Provider Communication Coordinator


Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The PROVIDER COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR is responsible for day-to-day management and trafficking steps of moderately complex provider communication project workflows.

How you will make an impact:

  • Works with business areas to facilitate projects through multiple stages (initiation, traffic, development, regulatory and legal review, printing, mailing, electronic delivery, and archival) to ensure the product is delivered in a timely, accurate, and effective manner.
  • Coordinates activities/data with vendors and internal partners to ensure execution against contractual and requested services, including invoice reconciliation, reporting, etc.
  • Contributes to department work streams and new or improved methods or processes to support increased efficiencies, economies, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinates project reviews with compliance, regulatory and legal departments and assists in tracking and monitoring the timely submission of state deliverables.
  • Seeks out opportunities for process improvements/efficiencies, and supports business initiatives (standardization, going paperless, etc.).
  • Facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
  •  May support other program initiatives or ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Prior health care industry experience and document/process management skills strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel experience preferred. (pivot table, filter arrangements, fee lookups)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite preferred.
  • SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Mail merge and Adobe PDF experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $61,120 to $100,848
