Provider Relations Internship- Fall 2025

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Provider Relations Intern will be responsible for supporting our Direct Provider Relations team in providing quality, accessible and comprehensive service to the company's provider community.

This internship will be a full-time (40 hours/week) program that will run for 12 weeks (September 15th, 2025 – December 12th, 2025).

How you will make an impact:

  • Assist in maintaining positive provider relationships with provider community via a mixture of email, telephonic and/or face-to-face outreach.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to triage issues, submit work requests and participate in project management.

  • Researches, analyzes, and coordinates prompt resolution to provider-related issues

  • Support the provider team meetings by creating presentations and collaterals

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least once per week.

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Health Services Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, public relations or related degree at an accredited university or college.

  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
