Sales Assistant I

Location: This position will work on-site on a regional office located in PR-SAN JUAN, 330 CALLE SAN LUIS.

Schedule: This position will work full-time. Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

The Sales Assistant I is responsible for general administrative support to Group or Individual sales force (i.e., typing, filing, faxing, and mailing).

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Types, files, faxes, provides phone support and processes mail.
  • Prepares and logs proposals.
  • Maintains supplies.
  • Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues.
  • Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets.
  • Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data.
  • Generates sales reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish).
