Location: Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

The Senior Transformation Manager, Clinical Operations is responsible for working with Clinical leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, build new workflows and KPis that support clinical interventions, and generate analytical insights to improve care delivery.

How will you make an impact:

  • Effectively communicates, plans, and sustains improvement initiatives with key stakeholders.

  • Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.

  • Leads efforts to identify best practices for change management and process improvement.

  • Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.

  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.

  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.

  • Conducts cost/benefit analyses.

  • Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

  • Leads key projects/initiatives.

Minimum requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change, or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital strongly preferred; may substitute with experience in provider operations and/ or healthcare startup operations.

  • Knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and execution) strongly preferred.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance healthcare / value-based care industry preferred.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.

  • Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals strongly preferred.

  • Experience interacting confidently with senior management, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.

  • Expert in Microsoft Office products, most notably in PowerPoint and Excel Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word, strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties preferred.
