    Specialty Account Representative - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy

    Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

    The Specialty Account Representative - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for making outbound sales calls to current referral sources to drive new business, in coordination with the Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to ensure that targeting, strategy, and messaging are consistent and highly relevant to the needs of the referral source.

    How you will make an impact:

    • Coordinating with the field SAM to identify and initiate business relationships with potential new accounts within a defined territory to increase awareness of the pharmacy’s services and capabilities and generate new referrals, increasing the pharmacy’s market share.
    • Responding to inbound calls from key referral sources, identifying needs, providing information related to their patients, and assisting with any requirements to facilitate referrals.
    • Maintaining close contact with key referral sources to provide written and verbal status updates.
    • Building business relationships with pharmaceutical sales representatives, providing referral volume information and updates regarding trends, and the needs and interests of referral sources

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Requires HS diploma or equivalent and minimum 3 years of customer services experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences: 

    • EnterpriseRx experience.
    • Infusion experience.
    • Inside sales experience.
    • CareTend experience.
    • CPR+ experience.
