Location
Candidates must reside within 50 miles of an Elevance Health office, and able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office).

Summary
This leadership role will oversee a growing portfolio of integrated specialty risk products within the Carelon business, collaborating with business leaders to define and implement product strategies and alignment with business goals.
Accountable for the lifecycle management of multiple products, both directly and through product management staff.
Position Responsibilities
This product manager will be the lead for a growing portfolio of integrated specialty risk products and will work closely with business leaders to define a product strategy to meet stated business strategies.
Accountable for the lifecycle management of multiple products (directly and through product management staff).
Responsible for a multi-product portfolio at scale, be customer and market-oriented, and understand how to use and follow a systematic product lifecycle management process to define and iterate products to market rapidly.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Position Requirements
The successful product manager in this role must have experience developing, launching, and scaling Clinical / Condition Management Products used by patients and providers in HealthIT, in a Health System, or at a Payer.
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
Strong communication skills.
Experience navigating full product management lifecycle in a matrixed environment.
Ability to build rapport and gain buy-in from key business partners.
Proficiency in utilizing and following a systematic product lifecycle management process to quickly define and iterate products to market rapidly.
Experience in developing, launching, and scaling Clinical/Condition Management Products used by patients and/or providers in HealthIT, Health Systems, or Payer environments.
Advanced degree such as an MBA/business degree or a clinical degree, or equivalent work experience.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $198,400 to $357,120
