Stop Loss Local Bundled Sales Manager

Location: This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.

The Stop Loss Local Bundled Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and targeted producer partners through the use of strong consultative skills.

How you will make an impact:

  • Execute strategic sales and tactical plans on Stop Loss Bundled products by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in key states which include external producers, and senior leadership.
  • Provide ongoing support to regional leadership (state plan presidents) decision makers and support field sales team during request for proposal (RFP) processes. Interact directly with producer stop loss centers of excellence.
  • Assists in the development of strategic producer relationships and recommendations for increased retentions, sales, and revenue opportunities.
  • Partners with leadership and develops key programs which allow for growth and retention goals to be met.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related stop loss experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Sales life and health license required in state(s) or territory selling.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Strongly prefer program management and strategy experience.
  • Ability to travel throughout CA preferred.
  • Stop loss experience strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $103,408 to $161,856.
