WFM Analyst Senior (Pharmacy Workflow)
Location: This position will take part in Elevance Health's remote eligibility status. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a Pulse Point. Going into the office may be required for team meetings as needed.

The WFM Analyst Senior (Pharmacy Workflow) supports the scheduling and real-time activity of the BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. Accurately predicts specialty pharmacy volumes, queue levels, service levels, capacity needs by operational area to identify and monitor trends.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Maintains numerous staffing models which may include multiple areas of the BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy.
- Performs continuous analysis and projects if resulting metrics will increase or decrease pharmacy capacity and volume in the short-term (typically 3 months to one day)
- Captures call baseline data, recording and removing volume-driven events, determines historical patterns, incorporates incremental drivers, and incorporates shrinkage patterns through analysis of past data.
- Responsible for ensuring our supply of support resources is aligned to operational needs; ensuring the right associates are scheduled in the right task, queue or skill at the right time to support our patients.
- Develops a long-term service level plan with specific actions based on gaps identified by the model.
- Meets with management to review staffing models and to make improvements on future forecasts.
- Management of weekly schedule generation and publication.
- Designs, builds and maintains databases and/or spreadsheets tracking key service statistics.
- Determines long-term needs and loads the forecast into the WFM system.
- Serves as expert on WFM software and may be point of contact for systems related issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics or related field and a minimum of 2 years call center operations experience with 3 years real-time management, scheduling and forecasting experience in a centralized call center environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences:
- Scheduling and forecasting experience in a specialty pharmacy environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in workforce management platforms (i.e. NICE, Tableau) is preferred.
